Processing times begin the day after the team store closes. If the closing date falls on a weekend or holiday, processing will start on the next business day. Please allow 7–14 business days (Monday to Friday) for processing, excluding weekends and public holidays, starting from the store's closing date. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability and the production schedule for custom-printed items. Since all products are custom-made, we do not carry extra inventory. Orders will be picked up by a team representative and will not be shipped or delivered directly to individual homes. All sales are final—no refunds or exchanges. By proceeding with your order, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Customization Policy
Please double-check all customization details, including spellings, jersey numbers, and sizes, before submitting your order. We will produce items exactly as specified and are not responsible for errors in the details you provide.
